Delivery completion page

Finish cleanly, collect the balance, and hand off clearly.

This page covers the part after delivery: what gets approved, what triggers the remaining balance, what gets handed over, and what does not automatically expand into a new scope.

  • 1 delivery approval step
  • 1 remaining balance step
  • 1 owner handoff step

Handoff Path

Use the same path when the sprint is complete.

1. Confirm Delivery

Confirm that the agreed sprint assets were delivered and that the light revision pass is complete if one was needed.

2. Collect Balance

Remaining balance is due on delivery. Do not blur completion and future scope into one open-ended conversation.

3. Hand Off Material

Transfer the owner-facing SOP, final assets, and any notes needed to use the sprint output without guesswork.

What Gets Handed Over

Keep the final package simple and obvious.

Delivered Assets

Final message flow, intake structure, quote-prep or callback handoff, and owner-facing SOP or usage note.

Owner Notes

Any short explanation needed so the client can run the assets without needing a long walkthrough.

Boundary Notes

Clarify which requested ideas were outside the original sprint so they do not silently become unpaid scope.

After This Sprint

Separate optimization from the completed sprint.

Optimize Later

If the client wants a second bottleneck solved, treat it as a new scoped sprint instead of burying it inside the completed one.

Keep Proof

The completed sprint becomes useful sales proof for the next close because it stayed narrow and understandable.

Protect Margin

Clear handoff and clear scope boundaries protect both delivery speed and margin.

Flow

Deliver. Approve. Collect. Hand off.

This page sits after delivery and before any new sprint decision.
